I must confess to feeling a little hungover today…the reason for this? We were out yesterday at the Institute of Promotional Marketing’s inaugural COGS Awards – designed to recognise suppliers in the marketing services industry.
Thanks to our wonderful clients, and a rather cheeky email request to vote for us – we walked (or rather staggered) away with first place for Fulfilment and second place for Handling.
To top it all, Marion Seeney was awarded third place for the Individual of the Year!
What better recognition and thanks could we ask for from our clients?! Thanks so much to everyone who voted for us – we had such a great day.
We’d like to say thanks so much to everyone who voted for us in the recent COGS Awards. Created by the Institute of Sales Promotion and Sales Promotion magazine, these are the Marketing Services Awards designed to recognise key suppliers in our industry.
MRM have been nominated in two key categories – Handling and Fulfilment. To learn more, please visit http://www.cogs-awards.co.uk/
The award ceremony is taking place on 17th June at Avenue in London – we’ll be there, keeping everything crossed – and we hope to see some of you there too.
Thanks again, we really couldn’t have done it without you!
We saw a recent article in 13th May issue of Marketing publication and immediately recognised Alex Brooks from For Goodness Shakes as the Brand Manager of the week! We work with Alex and the team at For Goodness Shakes doing their on-pack coupon processing.
In the article he was asked to describe himself in three words, he responded with driven, relentless and ironman. In his spare time Alex races in triathlons and Ironman events internationally for Britain. On 5th April he qualified for the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. We wish him loads of luck in the Championships and are looking forward to hearing how he has got on!
Following our CID department’s Michael ‘Shotty’ Scott’s debut in Sweden’s music festival last year, Michael has now had repeated worldwide air plays through the internet and this has created Radio One exposure. He has recently shot (no pun intended!) a music video and is targeted for release in July. In the mean time – typing ‘Shotty’ into YouTube should bring up some of his music and artwork. Go Michael!!!
