Kingsmill wanted to promote across their portfolio of products and to help promote activity for children and adults alike. The Kit for Clubs promotion did this by offering tokens on multiple product lines to be redeemed online against a catalogue of sporting products.

Kingsmill wanted to promote across their portfolio of products and to help promote activity for children and adults alike. The Kit for Clubs promotion did this by offering tokens on multiple product lines to be redeemed online against a catalogue of sporting products.
Solution
The sporting products were being sourced from a variety of sources each with varying levels of technical capabilites. We were involved in pulling the products, clubs and suppliers together in one integrated process. Tokens were received, validated and credited to the club's account.

MRM Service Provision incorporated the following:
- Creating a website to manage promotion information.
- Building an online club signup form.
- Building an online catalogue of over 10,000 products from data and images received from all of the product suppliers.
- Banking points, and showing balances on website.
- Providing order processing on the website using points from account balance.
- Collate and dropship orders to the 3rd party product suppliers.
- Email and telephone support for the token submission and website.
- Reports on clubs, tokens and orders.
- Rejection handling of invalid token submissions.
Results
The promotion attracted over 12,000 club registrations and 2,000,000 plus tokens were redeemed against a variety of sporting products.
