Background

The BMW/ Mini rewards scheme rewards financial services customers with points for pounds spent or renewals of services. These points are then banked against their account, and are entered in monthly draws for great experiences and gifts.

The BMW/ Mini rewards scheme needed a partner who could provide a number of key services. Website development and management, Database design and management, Letter and Email generation and fulfilment.

Solution

To put in place a comprehensive solution that covered all of the clients key objectives, providing for continuing update management and support.

Mini Car

MRM Service Provision incorporated the following:

  • Developing an ASP.net web application that handled information and customer account balances.
  • Developed a database to manage monthly updates and dedupes to the customer accounts.
  • Produce welcome letters or emails for new customers.
  • Host the website.
  • Provide a client portal to allow records to be viewed online.
  • Apply monthly updates to the website.

Results
