PIN scan can be used to match the transaction back to the original mailing file, creating a record to show that the consumer responded to the offer and the value of the offer. This allows the client to intelligently manage future campaigns and offer greater incentives for customers who have not yet responded. As well as tailoring an offer to a specific customer, it also means that they can maximise their budgets.

Customer addresses are captured using QAS to search for UK addresses and the customer details are deduped against the customer database as they are entered.
