As an MRM client you will have a dedicated Account Director/Manager who will communicate your requirements throughout the business to ensure that we deliver to agreed Service Levels. Regular reviews are encouraged as these provide an ideal opportunity to monitor objectives, discuss results of the latest campaign, or to plan future projects

  • Peter Kerr Peter Kerr
    Managing Director


    Founding Managing Director, Peter, has worked within the Sales Promotion industry since 1980 and his experience in this market was recognised by his three-year position as the Chairman of the Institute of Sales Promotion. As the current Chairman of the ISP Coupon Committee, his remit is to establish best practice and self-regulation by working in partnership with both manufacturers and retailers.

    Client Services Director (Project Manager)


    May is also a founding Director and she has a wealth of experience in operational management at all levels. With a background in turnkey software solutions for investing and distribution management she would be key to the management of any new client account. May previously spent 5 years as a Project Manager focusing on the implementation of integrated software systems for two separate companies. She has been managing the Healthy Start Reimbursement Scheme since April 2005.
  • Dan Sherrin Dan Sherrin
    IT Director (Technical Support Services Delivery Partner)


    Since joining the company in 1994, Dan's system design and development skills have shaped MRM's technical services, which are at the heart of MRM's business. His team is responsible for developing and supporting MRM's technical solutions including websites, operational systems, network infrastructure and telephony.

    Finance Director


    Neil has been a major influence on MRM's development and was instrumental in the management buyout from Taylor Nelson Sofres and in subsequent business acquisitions. In addition to his ten year plus experience in the marketing services sector, he also has a wealth of experience in the manufacturing and automotive-engineering industries.
  • Mike Wood Mike Wood
    Non Executive Chairman


    Mike has 10 years experience as a Senior Corporate Financier, most recently as a Director of Schroder Salomon Smith Barney. His role includes reviewing corporate governance and ensuring that MRM maintains the highest standard of integrity.
  • Melanie Kilbourne Melanie Kilbourne
    Client Services Manager


    Mel has worked in Sales Promotion/Below the Line Marketing for the last 12 years with prior experience in field, in-store and experiential marketing and has worked with most major FMCG brands. Now in her seventh year at MRM she oversees commercial development of MRM through sales and marketing strategies and also manages our responses to tender opportunities.
  • Kerry Winfield Kerry Winfield
    B2B Manager


    Kerry has been with MRM for 14 years and throughout this time she has been integral to the new business implementation for high level clients. Kerry has the managerial responsibility for the administrative and operational side of our B2B services, which constitutes over 30% of overall turnover. Working in a Client Services Account Director capacity, she has overseen many large contracts including AGCO and Procter and Gamble.
  • Steve Irons Steve Irons
    Technical Services Manager


    Steve has been working at MRM since 1993 and during this time he has progressed from Support Technician to his current position. He is responsible for managing the support team within the IT department, with whom the responsibility of implementing and maintaining all aspects of the business IT infrastructure lays. He manages the development of web based solutions both for internal and client projects. Steve has been involved in a variety major client projects and internal business initiatives including the development of the MRM Website Portal.

    Operations Manager


    With over 30 years experience in logistics and operational management with various blue chip manufacturing companies Peter heads up our B2C production services. He works closely with clients to forecast volumes and is responsible for ensuring the department is resourced correctly and achieves its targeted SLAs.

    Client Support Team Manager


    Yvonne has been with MRM for 4 years and she has over 15 years of managerial experience working with companies such as Weetabix, Cadbury, Whitworths etc. Her background brings a wide range of customer and client facing experience which is invaluable in her role as Client Support Team Manager.
  • Marion Seeney Marion Seeney
    Account Director


    Since joining MRM in its founding year, Marion has gained a wealth of experience through working within a number of departments in the company. As Account Director, Marion works closely with current clients in the FMCG and publishing sector. She proactively manages client campaigns from briefing stage through to completion. She develops client relationships through consulting on new business, providing recommendations for marketing activity, monitoring service level agreements and discussing our other service offerings.
  • Jan Brown Jan Brown
    Account Executive


    Coming from an accountancy background, Jan has been with MRM since the company was founded, initially working in the data capture department and moving onto customer services and client support. As an Account Executive, Jan is the expert for our manufacturer and retailer coupons service within the business and she works on major public sector and utilities client accounts. She manages the internal briefing process for new activity and monitors the progress throughout the duration of the promotion including reporting and invoicing.
