Account Administrator
This job is based in our busy Client Services Department managing and responding
to our clients requirements on a day to basis.
The position is full time working Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out administrative tasks for the client services team
- Assist with the production of timely, accurate client and internal reports
- Maintain filing system
- Assist with the production of accurate and timely invoices
- Assist with the production of internal briefs
- Part of client helpdesk team for providing day-to-day support to clients
- Manage every aspects of customer service
- Awareness of client SLAs in order to be proactive in managing potential failings
to meet standards
- Maintain Health & Safety standards for self and others
