Administrator

Due to staff turnaround and developing business requirements we have a vacancy for an Administrator within the Client Service Team.

The position is full time working Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm.

Duties
  • Handling of client enquiries and instructions via telephone, email and correspondence
  • Processing ad-hoc requests from clients
  • Customer service activities such as escalated issues from the call centre and responding to correspondence
  • Management of customer and client in-boxes
  • Handling system-based tasks such as promotional set-ups
  • Assisting with the preparation of client reports and invoices
Experience

Ideally a candidate would have previous experience in a customer service or client administration environment.

Skills
  • Very good communication skills for both written and verbal communication
  • Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel
  • Calm and efficient when under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise and have common sense when dealing with out-of-the-norm situations
Requirements

As this team has to be responsive to client enquiries and instructions throughout the working day this position is full time, 35 hours per week, 8.45 am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. However, we are looking for someone who will go the extra mile when necessary.

Data Analyst/Account Manager

This is a new position at MRM and brings with it the opportunity to work specifically on the activity of the client accounts below as well as playing a wider role across the business and other client accounts.

The two accounts that require specific data management and analysis skills are:

Client A - A leading utilities company who use MRM for a variety of projects including data management and direct marketing services (multi-channel). This will involve working closely with the IT and Client services departments of MRM as well as a variety of stakeholders within the client organisation.

Client B - A dynamic Government department, who we have worked with over a number of years, require us to analyse their historic data to enable us to maximise their efficiency at a regional / retail level. This will require working with various data sets and geodemographical products.

The position would suit a graduate who has gained 2-3 years experience in a similar role, who now wants to fuse their technical skills with front line client relationship responsibilities. Ideally the candidate will be someone who has worked in either direct marketing and/or geodemographic analysis.

Process Management Controller

MRM is a very client lead environment and as such its operations are very diverse. This has hampered our attempts to introduce IIP (Investors In People) and ISO QA programmes into the business. Much of the foundation work is in place but it has become clear that we require dedicated resource to manage the establishment of these important practices within the business.

The ideal candidate we seek is a hands on practical, pragmatic and experienced change manager with specific experience of these accreditation processes who can make a difference to our internal management structure.

Customer Services Agents (Call Centre environment)

MRM operate an inbound call, email and web service for consumers to place orders or request information from a variety of clients.

This is not a hard nosed selling environment, the customer services staff are there to help consumers reach brands they wish to engage with.

The role requires a degree of computer skills as all information is managed through efficient web based systems.

Experienced staff will be preferred, however suitable customer service, telephony and systems training will be provided. Therefore these positions are open to people wishing to be trained to enable them to bring out their natural personality and communication skills.

Account Administrators (Client Services Team)

The quality of our client services is often measured by how the day to day contacts are able to respond to their requests and enquiries.

Our account administrators fulfil this important roll by ensuring reports and invoices are supplied in a timely and accurate fashion and ensuring our various service departments fulfil their client’s requirements.

This role requires good Microsoft office skills and experience of managing either client or financial administration tasks.

The successful candidates will work with a selection of major UK blue chip organisations and be part of a team responsible for maintaining and developing our client relationships.
