Outsourcing: When life gives you lemons…

Add a little Gin & Tonic!

As businesses and charities get back to work in earnest to resume their pre-Covid daily activities it is clear that our previous ‘normal’ daily working lives have gone out of the window.

If your business is anything like ours, we’ve found one of the positive learnings from Covid, is our ability to quickly adapt and change how we work.  Key for us was having more people working remotely, knowing that our technology is able to support these changes and holding more video and conference calls to stay engaged with clients and new business prospects.

We’ve also seen many retailers having to adapt due to the new guidelines of it being mandatory to wear masks in shops from 24th July (1). Equally, we are continually supporting companies who have needed to outsource their PPE sourcing/ kit collation requirements as they have had to protect staff & customers immediately as well as providing ongoing support for the next 6-9 months.

It’s a known fact that companies can get stuck in a rut and then give the excuse “we have always done it this way””. However, now is the right time to start looking at new ways of working and mixing things around. When life gives you lemons what do you do? Make lemonade or try something new like adding gin & tonic? One way you can try something new for your company is looking at outsourcing your business’s needs.

What is (business process) outsourcing (BPO)?
