Product Testing & Reviews

MRM provides handling and fulfilment services for home appliances brands such as LG to allow consumers to conduct product review testing. This involves us storing and despatching high value home appliances from televisions to washing machines, sound bars to smart fridge/freezers to selected customers to undertake reviews.

• Co-ordinate the logistics of delivery and collection of products across the UK
• Internal Customer Services team manages the end-to-end customer journey for chosen consumers to ensure they can receive a large or heavy (in some instances) product - including telephone and personalised email confirmations
• Maximise cost savings through detailed route planning whilst minimising the environmental impact
• Secure storage, fulfilment and collection management
• Loan agreement validations – consumers permitted to test and review product over 1-2 week period
