Job Purpose

To work on new business acquisitions and ensure the timely and profitable delivery of client projects. To support and implement MRM’s sales drive using marketing tools including website, CRM and content writing.

  • Facilitate interdepartmental cooperation and support through the provision of complete and accurate information
  • Ensure all training requirements are maintained for self

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Operations and Finance Directors to ensure all departments are considered when compiling quotes. 
  • Dealing with the preparation of accurate quotes and other client documentation
  • Sourcing third party suppliers dealing with the negotiation of goods and services
  • Contributing to written responses and presentations
  • Ensure knowledge and understanding of the key services MRM offer are communicated to new clients 
  • Maintain relationships with new clients, ensuring we deliver prompt follow up to all client communications
  • Oversee preparation, coordination and attendance for client meetings and conference calls
  • Ensure that all meetings are documented and contact reports raised, distributed and followed up to the completion of all action points in a timely manner as appropriate 
  • Briefing client requirements to Client Services 
  • Ensure understanding of promotional marketing / CAP Code legislation and be able to provide guidance for clients
  • Management of Active Campaign (CRM) ensuring that MRM can make the maximise all business leads, follow up and automate outbound marketing
  • Content writing to support the sales drive.
  • Overseeing direct communications through Active Campaign
  • Any other task as reasonably requested by your line Manager

GCSE or equivalent – Maths and English (Grade A-C or equivalent) or equivalent vocational qualification

IPM Foundation certificate
